Welp, after 7 years of not even picking up a guitar,  I bought this MBR last week and fell in love with playing again. This started off with me checking out the drum patterns, and laying down a simple 3 note phrase. Well a week later I think I put together a neat little jingle. Anyways be kind, i'm pretty rusty.

One thing that I just can't seem to figure out, I'm using my ADA MP-2 Preamp for all my tones and chorus and going stereo into the MBR, but whenever I tried to use the built in effects for delay, it would turn my stereo signal into dual mono totally killing the "fullness" of the sound so I ended up using none of the COSM or effects other then reverb and the MTK 3 band compression.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

 Cool, I'm not a vocalist what-so-ever unfortunately. ::)

My girlfriend says this song sounds like it's off a movie soundtrack lol. TBH I wasn't even really trying to write a song, more just a first run at figuring out the MBR's functionality, in which I still have a lot of playing around to do.

I like this.

I know it's not posted in collaborations, but I couldn't resist putting some bass in.

The original is a fabulous peice of guitar playing. I hope I haven't ruined it for you.

ok ive come up with a lyric and vocal, saying that it stretched my vocal chords a tad too much and would be nice to hear someone with a better vocal talent than me try this one. here are the lyrics for anyone that wants to have a go.
song is now called maybe,

oooooooh yeah
oooooooh yeah

maybe its the way you hold your head
maybe its the way you look so right
maybe its the way you catch the light
maybe just maybe you can be mine tonight

oooooh yeah
oooooh yeah

i wanna get close to you
take me in your arms
and hold me tight

i wanna get next to you
do you wanna dance
up close with me

we'd be the perfect match
so complimentary
just you and i

hey whatdya say
you know its right
just us tonight

ooooh yeah
ooooh yeah

maybe its the way you look at me
maybe its the way its meant to be
maybe its because you're so carefree
maybe just maybe we will get to see

oooh yeah
ooooh yeah
maybe who knows
maybe you'll never know

anyway here is my strained effort.

OK... collaboration overdrive here!  :D

I'll take the flashharry bass-enhanced version (nicely done by the way), plus orh's lyrics and guide track, and see what I can do vocally. Can't guarantee anything great will come out of it, but itching to have a go.

There's some killer guitar going on here Dmann! Heavy as f*ck!
