For the bass I used the Agile Hawker, both pups, into the RP1000 using the bass emulation.  I found (after I recorded the song) that if I roll the tone knob all the off, I can thicken the sound a bit.

The guitar parts were recorded using the Agile, again into the RP1000, this time using the JC-120, 2x12 speaker, TS-9 Tubescreamer emulations.

I was very pleased with the guitar tone, less so with the bass and vox, but I was SOOOO happy with the bass riff that I let it go  :D

Thank you all!  I'm glad that you enjoyed the song.  Previously, I'd had some chords, but no structure, or lyrics and no music, or....you all get the idea.  I hope it doesn't take me another 39 years to construct a second song!
