Have you ever lost yourself in a trance playing with your digital delay, and realize that an hour has passed and you're drooling on your guitar?

Me too!

And Bluesberry too!

I'm starting this thread for anyone to post their souvenirs of Echoland.

I'll start.

I did this probably within a week of getting my Micro BR in 2007.  It's less than two minutes long, but trust me when I say I recorded this after I'd mesmerized myself for quite a while.

Oh well ........

Oh yeah, bring on the delay eternity, I love the sound of this Ted, very hypnotic.  That must be a Tele? Nice crisp tone there.  I am going to do up a stare into the infinite echo void today and post it as well.  Great thread.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Yup, that's my Tele--and it's all Tele.  I was separated from my bass at the time. (I was in AZ, and the bass was in MD.)

Looking forward to more posts.

Last Sunday?

This really makes the point that there more of us are closet echoheads who secretly record our delay excesses!

Welcome, lg, to our support group.

This is really interesting! With keyboards, nonetheless. For some reason I imagined this as a guitar-only phenomenon.

I'm listening while posting. I'm six minutes in, and starting to drool myself. Thanks for sharing.

"echoheads" yea, that's what I'm talking about.  Many years ago I played around with a reel-to-reel setup to loop-echo.  I was hooked!  Great stuff guys!

What a clean and coherent piece. I had to listen a second time with headphones.  That low drone throughout gives the whole thing a slight menace.
