Recordings groups of singers at the same time

Hi guys n gals. I've a new project where I want to record a number of people at the same time. I'm not sure how to do this with only one set of head phones. If I have the music playing back it will obviously record onto the vocal track. The only other way I could think of doing this is to record each individual vocal at a time.

get more headsets and a headphone amp It works great, we did that on the "Met weekend".

If that's not an option, I'd suggest recording the vocals to a mix of just one instrument (guitar or keys) or doing them individually.

I was thinking about a very simple track to sing along to then laying down the rest of the instruments once the vocals were recorded.
