This has been a long time favourite Dylan-song for me. Yeah MMEB did that one too, they did a lot of his best songs :)

I did it live experimenting with a new recording setup: The new B2 condencer for vox and some guitar bleeding in, a dynamic for the voice and a dynamic for the guitar + plugging in the guitar. The morgan acoustic again.

One take (not really possible to punch-in on a rough song like this). Done in a punkish folky style this time.

Great rendition Geir.  Especially liked the "laughing" vocal delivery at the end.  The acoustic guitar tone was spot on.

I'm quite embarrassed to admit that I didn't realise this was a Dylan song.  Until now I would have said it was by Manfred Mann.

Geir, everything you're churning out lately is going to my piepod. We all know you're a brilliant musician. We all know you're a fantastic vocalist. We all know that you've had brilliant productions, but something is different lately.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but it sounds to me that you're either having more fun, enjoying music more than ever, or on a spiritual high of some sort.

I've always dug this one, and I perform it myself occasionally. What a spirited performance you give! Reminds me of Mike Scott/Waterboys.
Has an awesome one-take live feel to it. I would want to hear you perform this at my favorite local tavern.
