Got me right from the opening few notes this one, that riff really gets stuck in your head.

As others have said, your vocal really does have to be your best yet, it just keeps getting better with each of your songs.

Great lyrics, and the production on this is frightningly good.

Agree with the others here, this is absolutely one of your best !!! Great vox and great performance as usual.

Reminds me of a blend of Graham Bonnet era Rainbow and UFO, with some Yngvie thrown in :D

This is the greatest, Tommy! I caught it last night, and have been listening to it today.

One of my faves so far as well - You got the goods, Satch!!

Thank you everyone for listening and for the way-cool comments!!

I'm glad that Mr. FF liked the song and my arrangement of his lyrics ~ fascinating concept album, really!   Also glad that you think my vocals are improving and that they enjoyed the guitar harmonies as well.   I did a lot of separate recording and panning to get the harmonizing guitars.   As you know, there are many way to harmonize...

I ended up spending a lot more time on this song then i was originally planning, but i really got into it once i started; and tried several verse/chorus arrangements;  that's were Riffworks really shines i think.   I still need the Micro BR to do the vocals, sometimes the solos, and the mixing and mastering of the finished song...

Hi Satch, every extra minute spent on this was worth the effort. Great lyrics from FF that captured the slight madness from drinking absinthe to excess. Top notch all the way round............Willie
