sorry for some static pops throughout the song, i'm not sure what caused that.

Yes - I love it. Much better without Arty! Excellent strum 'n sing.

FYI, I've found computer monitors, electronic devices and cell phones can mess with a recording device. It does with my MBR anyway.

Very cool!

Simon sounds great but I can't hear Garfunkel.  ;)

An excellent performance! It's a shame about the clicks. Any idea what caused them?

Did you record this with your Zoom H2? If so, why is the MP3 mono? The H2 has a stereo mic, doesn't it? Or did you record in stereo but unintentionally create a mono MP3 file?

Anyway, I really enjoyed the performance. I just wish the recording could have been a bit better.

i recorded it with the H2, but i turned one of the mics off, and just left the one that was facing me on.  That's usually how i record things.

the pops and clicks are a mystery.

Ah! That explains it. Have you tried recording in stereo? The vocals probably wouldn't benefit much but I think the acoustic guitar might.

Did you use an AC adapter on the Zoom or batteries? If you used an AC adapter, the clicks might be coming over the power line from another electric appliance in the house (fridge, freezer, etc). Or it could be, as Mark suggested, electro-magnetic interference from a cell phone, monitor, etc.

This is really nice. I listened to it many times, but had to quit because it was mellowing me out, and I was starting to nod off at work  ;D.

I'd like to hear you do some James Taylor.
I think you have a great voice and playing style.
It ain't pretty being easy.
