Mastering on the BR-600 requires that you specify both a source track pair and a destination track pair. So, the first thing to do is verify that you've specified the source track pair as 78v6 and that those tracks actually contain data. In the display where you specify the source tracks, there should be two small boxes. If they're filled-in (dark), then the selected source track pair contains data. If they're empty, then the selected source track pair is empty and the resulting mastered tracks will also be empty.

Then, after mastering, make sure that the v-tracks you specified as the destination are selected and the faders turned up.

Another thing to check is your Master fader level during mastering. See this message:

https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=6710.msg115981#msg115981

If the Master fader is set to minimum during mastering, the resulting mix will be silent.

It's also a good idea to check the V-Track screen to see which v-tracks contain data (dark boxes) and which are empty. See page 56 of the BR-600 manual.

And make sure the tracks aren't muted (see page 47 of the BR-600 manual).
