Nice one!

I'm not familiar with Leonard Cohen's work, but I enjoyed listening to your cover. Sounds like you two had fun! I did a lyric search, and those are some fairly deep lyrics from Mr. Cohen.

Nothing wrong with this at all, GoB. Don't take it personally when you don't get a lot of feedback on a post. It doesn't necessarily mean that people don't like it. There can be many reasons that good songs go unnoticed. Recently, for example, everyone's been very involved with BeatlesFest, PirateFest and the weekend in Norway. That probably has a lot more to do with this post going unnoticed than the quality of your work, which is very good, as always. So don't let it discourage you.

Like 64 said, there has been a lot of music being posted on here recently. Don't take it personnally. It's very hard to keep up.

This is not my favourite Cohen tune. That is just my own personal feeling.
I think I have just seen way too many people drag this tune out. (Like KD Lang at the Olympics)

That being said - you guys do it very well and differently than I have ever heard it before.
I like the way you arranged the song with the heavier guitar and drum hits.
I think you have the right voice for it too GOB. Your wife seems to be in the same register. It almost sounds like you doubled you own vocal.

Good job guys!
I think most people would enjoy your version very much.
It ain't pretty being easy.
