Mod alert. I updated this further along

I finally got around to the record/mix process on this one. It's been a while.
It started as a set of chords based on Blue Bossa that some friends and I were jamming to.
The words recall my first serious relationship and not wanting to be the first to commit to using the dreaded "love" word.
This was done on a Korg 1200 with my strat and bounced thu the Micro BR for mastering.
I guess it would come under "easy listening" or lounge music due to the jazzier chords, but I did include a straight ahead rock drum track.

Honour the earth. Without it, we'd be nowhere.

Life is too important to take seriously.

Great to hear another tune from you Glenn...they are always quality.

I actually am not a fan of Jazz music, but must say that this is superb, so many brilliant musical parts to admire and a smooth strong vocal.

The production is second to none.

Thanks so much. Please don't hold back on suggestions. I know I have a long way to go before I will feel comfortable with the recording process. One step at a time I guess.
I'm presently trying to get simpler.
I listen to sound tracks on videos and am amazed at how they can do so much with so few tracks.

Nice jazzy track Glenn, that main chord sequence is really good and very nicely played. The lead guitar sound has a great sound as well, and I like that bass line. It's all sounding pretty good so you can't be doing too bad with recording.....

Cheers,

Nigel
