j.g.

Jim you have done a masterful job with this. Your production is brilliant on it with a great swirling especially on the headphones I am listening to it on. Great sounding (and playing) of your 12 / 10 string. Hope you enjoy the gig you are going to and that it inspires you to make some more like this.

Nelson

Cool lyrics James
I just love that clean acoustic tone and I can hear the P.F. influence.
Great job... enjoy the band.

I don't know if you've heard about my P. F. mix up but check it out... it's a pretty funny story.
This is actually how my song "Blue sky" came about.
I thought a guy named Floyd wanted someone to sing over his track.  :-[

Jim, buddy, damn man this is fantastic, I agree it may be your best post yet.  I really like the vocals here.  You are evoking a real feeling here and it is deadly.  Production is unbelievable, you are a master at recording guitars in my books,  we all could learn a thing or two from your songs, great stuff.  Go Jim go, have a great weekend.

Wow that is a "Welcome to the Machine" flavor of course. Interesting guitar work, great mix.

Thanks Everyone.  I had fun doing this one. everything was recorded on the Boss Micro BR. I also used a Pitch Shifter from my Digitech RP500 incorperated with the Stereo Panning on the Boss Micro Br. I had a Little Challenge with vocals, I had to used a lot of compression and Raise up the Sensitivity Level to be able to Wisper the Lyrics. Thanks for the Link Nelson I will check it out. I am Looking forward to Seeing "The Machine" performing "The Wall" tonight. Enjoy the Weekend Guys!!

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

mmm sweet - guitar sounds nice and full, and lots of layers going on in the production, I hear the pink floyd influence

There are only 12 notes, how hard can it be?....

Great feel and vibe. The guitars are immense, and I love those chord changes. It's a top performance, and the excellent production more than does it justice. This is VERY strong work, and sounds like an important development in your musical journey. Superb stuff.
