This was written around the first of August. Donna had a lyric and thought I could do music with it. This is what came out. I need to re-record the song with some changes we've made (some polish) but you'll get the idea.

Thanks for giving this a listen, Geir, Neil, Nelson, and danieldesote.  

A few weeks ago, when the Muse had gone temporarily AWOL, I decided to check out the fun site postsecret.com to see whether I could rustle up inspiration there. Sure enough, a card with the message "I wish I would have been around more, especially when I was" caught my eye and my imagination. I envisaged the writer as being full of regret that he hadn't paid more attention. It's so easy to take things – and people – for granted.

Since last year's 50/90 I've been a fan of T.C.'s voice and playing style, and felt he was the right person to convey poignancy in the music and vocals. I wasn't wrong.
