I couldn't see an option to create a poll, so I'm just going to do this manually.

What Do You Use the Boss Micro BR For Most?
1. Songwriting / audio notepad
2. Jamming
3. Recording Band Rehearsals
4. Specialized use, e.g. phrase trainer/learning riffs/licks
5. Mixture of Some/All Of The Above Options?

I'm using mine as a songrwriting tool/audio notepad, and will be using the phrase trainer, too.

I can also see taking it along to friends' places and plugging it in to various amps or the hi fi in order to provide different types of backing to jam along to.

I mostly use it as a notepad,  The BR fits in the same backpack I use to carry around my ukulele, so when I am on my lunch break or waiting for a bus and I come up with an idea I can record it. Later when I am at home I can work the riff/progression into a song.  I also use it when I am finished with the music part of a song and I am trying out different lyrics.

Practice, songwriting, recording, working out songs, teaching, tuning, jamming. Very versatile piece of kit, as we all know  ;D

Songwriting all the way for me. I don't even switch it on unless I have a new song in progress. Which is pretty much all the time...  ;D

Nowadays, I am interested to write and arrange the songs, so thats why I picked Micro BR

A very cool device

I bought it as a jam/practice tool, make looping tracks and practice soloing over it.  But since starting to use it, everytime I play around with it I end up writing a song.  And I have never written songs in my life. I love this thing.  So I am mostly using it as a songwriting tool/scratch pad, and for this purpose it is unbeatable.  The features it has, ease of use, and its portability are what makes it so great.
