I was working on another BeatleFest entry and for a little break, I jammed this one out...it took on a life of its own.

Next to Flying, this should be the easiest set of Beatles lyrics to remember...I couldn't.

So here is a "twist" on Twist and Shout.

Thanks for listening,

Sandy.

Very cool, off the wall, and entertaining take, Sandy!

You definitely have a Tom Waits-style vox going here, and your guitar sounds great! I am interested in these two nonsense tracks...what have you got there, a kazoo? And the percussion?

Sandy, your voice is so good here.  I love it.  I love it.  I love it.  hot damn man, holy shite I love it.  Thats a vocal.  I can't believe how much I love this.  Spark it up baby, yeahhhhhhhh hooooo.  You are gonna make the Beatles purists on here (you know who you are!!!! I'm looking straight at you baby) explode their brains all over the computer screen with this one.  Not for the weak knee types thats for sure.  This is what I love in a cover, turn it inside out and see what is underneath the skin.

I figgered on the former, but not the latter...they both sound great! And they add a lot to the vibe.

Nice one, man...I love this Beatlesfest!  8)
