here they are

Nuthin but a smile.

you know how sometimes
you go out for a drink with the boys
you get talking
making lots of noise
saying stuff like
"i wear the trousers in my house"
and lotsa things
you know
aint true

well i told my old lady
i'd be back home in a while
well i told my old lady
i'd be back home in a while
i said
keep the bed nice and warm for me
and don't wear nuthin' but a smile

well the boys all said
tell me jimmy
how do you keep your lady so sweet
well the boys all said
tell me jimmy
how do you keep your lady so sweet.sweet, sweet..............
i said i keep her on a short leash
and i give her lotsa meat

well this is what she said to me
when i fell stumbling through the door
well this is what she said to me
when i fell stumbling through the door
she said the dogs kept a place nice and warm for you
right down there upon the floor

come on baby
what did i do
you know i'm a good boy
i got something right here for you
come on baby
what did i do
you know i'm a good boy
i got something right here for you
let me in beside you
with nothin' on but a smile

Thanks for the lyrics.
I guessed the meaning of feart, i wondered about its origin, if it was scottish. Is it a common expression? (Stevenson is one of my favorite authors - haven't read much modern stuff though.)

#16 and rising! Does anyone know how many listeners that means?

is about 20 a day on average.
feart is an expression still quite commonly used certainly in the west and central belt of scotland.
