With artists like this on this site, it makes me think that the world needs to hear this stuff.
They'll never go back to those over-played, over-rated songs they play on the airwaves every day ,again!  ;D
Just fantastic.

Just Awesome, yep...
Doors-ish keyboard I agree and love it!
The Wah is killer....
All around Fabulous song John.

I agree Ken!
Actually I listen only to 'our' music from this community forum.
I don't like the commercial radio music anymore!!!

My oh my this is f*cking awesome. The wah lead work alone is stunning, and I love the sixties-sounding keyboard that drives the verses. Great vocal too - a bit 'Killing Joke' to my ears. The poet bares his soul - isn't that the truth. What a great lyrical idea.

A perfectly executed and intense song. Wow.

Fabulous tune JMD! Everything works well on this. Loved the organ sound, too...love this tune! I agree with Ken and lg; songcrafters has been the only 'radio channel' for me for a long time!

I don't know how the quote function works, but thanks to Gnasty and Greeny for mentioning the wah solo.
As I've said before, I don't consider myself to be a musician and I doubt I could play that solo again, that was a one and only take.
You'll never  know what you are capable of unless you have a go and sometimes instinct takes over
and it works out.

A lot of the best and most inspired ones are!

Great rocker John and if I didn't know better I would have thought it was the Doors which is no bad thing in my book. This ticks all the boxes for me, a definite download..........Willie

Great song.  I love the choice of organ here, wounds real good.  Very good stuff.  Every word spoken on this thread about this song is true.  You have a excellent style going on.  Don't sell your self short, you are a musician.  Its all here.  Singer/songwriter/musician, its all here.
