Wait! . . this was hiding here . . . in collabs . . . and I hadn't heard it yet?  And it's blues with smoking pro vocal and guitar tracks?!

This rules!  I worship this!

If the world made any sense at all, this should be getting performed nightly, live, and I should have the opportunity to pay good money to see and hear this.  While drinking some beer.  If my wife let me. . .   No, forget that, I don't need permission for this. . . This is too good!  I wanna see this live!+

Wait . . you're saying you actually wrote this song?  This is pro guys!

Trev, How did you record the guitar to get that sound?

trev

Hi SpikeVelvet

As far as I remember I think I just used guitar rig and my Les Paul - If I've still got the file I'll see if I can dig it out and have a look.

SpikeVelvet

So you're saying it was miked? Or was it a DAW plug in?

trev

Hi SpikeVelvet - It was Just a plugin I think - I will try and locate the file as I sometimes use different setups although most of the time I use guitar rig by native instruments. I also use a little award session box sometimes or a Roland VG8. Its really more a case of whichever happens to be nearest at the time as I'm very disorganised :)
I'm sure I used a Les Paul on this one -  I don't know if I saved the track tho' as I was just sticking a guitar track over what Greeny had already made but if I did I may have left myself a clue as to what I was using. If I find out I'll post it and let you know.
