Great song man. I'd highly recommend uploading it to the site, people don't always chase links.

You've got a really rich and moving voice, and the guitar work was beautiful.

You've chosen a very ambitious song to cover my friend , but i think you pulled it off with credit to yourself , i too , like your voice , in fact i think you have a lot of potential to be a even  better , this is a very hard song to do moderately well , but you excelled , i liked the guitar part just as much , we all make mistakes , the secret is , let people find them themselves , you would be supprised what people miss ,

A really good listen , and will get more over the next week , as that wise man Tony said , upload to the site , you will get more comments , excellent work Rich , lets hear more

Actually, posting offsite is perfectly okay. In fact, I prefer it because it doesn't consume our server space. But some web storage sites and music upload sites are more suitable than others. Box.net is not ideal since it hides the URL of the file and has no embeddable player, forcing members to actually go to Box.net in order to hear your song. Better choices are SoundClick, ReverbNation, and 4shared because we have player widgets for these, so people can listen to your song without leaving Songcrafters. You could also use alonetone. I haven't created a player widget for it yet, but I will if people want to start using alonetone for their Songcrafters posts. Or, you could upload your songs to weebly.com or FileDEN. These sites don't hide the URL of your file, so you can link to it at Songcrafters using the Single MP3 player widget (our standard player which you see in most posts).

Of course, it's okay to upload your song to Songcrafters if you prefer. I just wanted to point out the offsite alternatives. You'll find more info here:

https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=3609.msg94354#msg94354

And you'll find links to the sites I mentioned above in the Songcrafters main menu under Links (Music Upload Sites and Web Storage).

WOW

I LOVE IT !!!

What a wonderful voice ..... this is stunning !!! Please post more !!!

As for the playing : close enough to perfect !!!!

One thing I've learned from the BeatlesFest is that even the masters made mistakes, if you listen carefully to much of the good music made in the 60s and 70s, you'll hear lots of mistakes !!

Really good version of this song. Good voice. Good feeling to it. Nicely done.
