Recording over an existing MP3?

Hi there!
Is it possible to record over existing MP3 I have. It's everything except guitar, so it would be nice just to add guitar track somehow.
Thanks,

Open the MP3 as a track in the M-BR or just play the mp3 with an iPod, PC, or CD player through a stereo mini-cable into the M-BR.

Old RottenHead has the perfect method - he told me how to do it and I'm passing it on to you.

Have fun.

select track 1 imp
use the value button to select the mp3 track you want to import
press track 4 next to import the track
use value + button to select track canvox.

then select tim eg, if original song is on tracks v1 1 and 2 import the track to v1 tracks 3 and 4
then select next and track will be imported to the v tracks you have selected.
