A-MAZE-ing....just when I think I'm done being impressed by the talent on this site.  Something like this pops up!
"Honest honey, this is the last guitar I'll ever buy"

Well done boys.  Me, Riche and my brother Alan were working on a version of this for a couple of weeks and just listened to this.  I'm with facemask on this our version isn't worthy.   Back to the drawing board.  Top class all the way and there's no way we can touch it.  Gets my vote for the winner anyway.

I wonder if George is saying ..What the hell did this dude to my song??

Hope you enjoy!!!! ;D

It sounds very noisy in here to me but not on my default mp3 player. Tell me what you think?

I think it rocked! George would love it!

Thanks Donkeydoo but please still do your version. i told facemask the same thing. This isn`t a competition. Its about us all doing our versions of one of the greatest rock bands ever!! Everyone has their own unique way of playing songs.

Thanks Satch,

Yes i used a shure sm57 to record all the leads with my Mesa Boogie. I used the built in mic on the mbr for acoustics and vox. i`m buying an sm58 next for vocals.

I agree wholeheartedly.  If I was trying to compete with the quality of work on here, I'd give up.

I love hearing other people's takes on a song, whether it's emulating the original or it stripping it down or revamping it... it's awesome to hear how two people can hear the same thing and be inspired in different ways.

Ditto what they all say, Gnasty, and once again..... those vocals!!!!!!!!  Frickin' ace!!!
I do understand what you mean about 'noise' though....I would suggest you have a rouge frequency popping around 6khz-8khz. Try putting your stereo mix into Audacity (if you have it) and try re-EQing her, pulling out some of the bands I think may be 'ripping'.

Well, I am stopped in my tracks by this one.  Superb in every way.  What vocals, thats the way to lay it all down, what ever you ate for breakfast before singing this, keep it up.  I love your solos.  I love it all.
