Hey Blue you tell him, you guys did a great job and it turned out fantastic.

Thanks for the splendid  image of father and son, just relaxing and having a good time.

And lets hear it for the cricket... With out whom , none of this would be possible. sniff...sniff  :)

Wow, great spur of the moment captured and mixed into a great blueberry pie, whipped cream and ice cream topping and all !!  I can relate to great father n son bonding, and music making got to be one of the best ways ~ luv it Dave & Keith!

Wonderful stuff guys, and great to hear father and son working so well together. The middle section is great (was keith happy with it?) and I particularly like Keith's vox the second time round. Thanks very much for sharing and let's have the Cricket Song II please!

Cheers,

Dave, I've been slow lately - Sorry I missed this.

But wow!! You and your son doing a prog masterpiece - This is way too cool for words. It may even be a first!

Anyway, love it, bro - You guys should do more of this!

Lovely, touching and beautifully put together. Good times, indeed. I love how this shifts from gentle acoustica into full-on, way-out prog and back again. The synth sounds really beef up the production. Very ambitious, but so well done. And what a great contribution from your son. Bit of a whopper, this one!

Yeah this is nice, always good to get the family involved but apart from that it's a great bit of songcrafting. Most enjoyable...........Willie

Good times and the blues is what music should be about, we get less of the good times and more of the blues.  This helps tip the balance.

Nice post
Guild Starfire 5, Fender Telecaster, Fender Stratocaster, K Yairi and Walden and a 12 Stagg string acoustic guitar and other music making boxes - including mandolin, bouzouki and 5 string banjo, uke and acoustic bass - a few M-Audio keyboards and a flute - all played and treated with equal love and attention - zoom ut 2 pedal and Logic Pro X

This is wonderful to listen to, and your son's vocal is first class.
As for you BB, I love the your vocal growl, and as per usual there is musicianship of the highest order.
The song itself is sublime, the way it seems to go from one genre to the other, keeping you guessing what is going to happen next.

Really enjoyed this one.
