I was thinking about what song would be most challenging, and tho this was not on top of the list it was a runner-up. Not because it's difficult to play, but to capture the feeling and the spirit of the song stood for me as a big challenge.

Well I'm not sure I succeded, but it was fun trying :D

I was curious if anybody would try this.

Ballsy choice and just great execution. Every once in a while, I log on in the morning, and something makes me begin the day with a big smile.

Holy shite Gier, you succeeded, you did indeed succeed.  You captured the mood, vibe, life and soul that is this song.  I am freaking out listening.  What ORH said, braw braw braw.

Fantastic!  The various hand-drummed percussions really add a lot.  Who says that M-BR users have to stay chained to the robot drummer?   :D  I really like the way you have put this together, arranging and performing. Great to hear your voice in this register too... one of your best vocals, I think.   ;)  There's a lot to be said for some of the BeatlesFest tracks that diverge from the Beatles recording with an original interpretation... but you can learn a lot by trying to walk in the footprints of the masters too. Your recordings just keep getting better and better.  Congratulations!
One of the top best tracks of BeatlesFest!

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Oh yeah, you succeeded, Geir! I second hooper's comment - that hand percussion sounded amazing! And of course, I like the sitar sound, too.  ;D Very faithful interpretation, and this is not an easy one to do, either.

I love, love this BeatlesFest!

This is just brilliant, Geirge! I love the vocals. And I especially love that you've captured that Indian sound without using any Indian instruments; just modern technology and some clever percussion ideas. Ingenious!
