Great stuff Ken, I enjoyed this a lot, nice use of the stereo image with the various guitar parts. Excellent chord sequences and strong guitar melodies. Gave me a kind of Big Country vibe in places. Welcome aboard and looking forward to more from you.

Cheers,

Nigel

PS just listened to the version with ORH's vox, nice job there Jim, sounds great!

Thanks for the nice words guys and the welcomes guys.
Geir, that is actually a guitar. I copied a swell / synth sound from my Digitech multi- effects right to the BR. I programmed the parameters, effects, etc. and used the Boss  to sound as synth like as I could get.

Brilliant stuff this, and welcome to the forum Ken.

Just reading your introduction you state that you have only been playing for a couple of years and are of limited ability...well you could have fooled me!! This is an amazing polished piece of music and the production is first class.

Jim's vocal is perfect and very apt

A great first musiical post!

I don't know what you mean about not being in the same league, Ken. The recording quality is excellent. And great timing with the echo guitar.

All in all a pro sounding track.
