Hello all. I am a newbie and I apologize ahead of time.
My question is this. A friend of mine just bought his BR and he is out of state. If I email him one of my files (songs I wrote and recorded on my BR) and that I have made into an mp3 can he download them and add a voice track onto my song? I think I read in the book that you can't change MP3's but I assumed that meant commercial ones done by recording artists. Should I not put it into MP3 format and try to send the file.  Will it allow me to do that?
I suspect if I snail mailed him the actual chip he could then put it into his machine and add the track. But I was hoping to do this a little quicker. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the kind assistance. We are going to give that a shot.

You can also e-mail the data files.  Just open the Roland Folder and send the song folder - labeled like this: SONG002.BRO
