Acoustic "Soulshine" - Warren Haynes (Gov't Mule/Allman Brothers) Remix

Live to the BR-1600 with John (MoO singer). From the same sitting as the "Tomorrow Never Knows" and "Norwegian Wood." It's only a first run-through (John listened to the song twice before we tried it and was singing off a printed lyric sheet), but I like its rawness. Love how John just kills it on the second to last line.

As hokey as the song is, I just love it to death, so I thought I'd post it along with the lyrics.

This is so pro man, holy man that is a very good version.  You are a monster on that acoustic.  You are telling me that that is one take, live, no overdubs on the guitar?  Get the heck out, thats dynamite playing.   It sounds like 2 guitars at places.  And John, what a vocal, he has it going on.  Soul right down to the soles of his feet.  You guys have something magical going on here with this combo.  Seriously good stuff.

Not familiar with this song, but absolutely loved this.

Superb vocal and that acoustic guitar is just killer, really supreme skills there.
