I did it on a Strat. I used the bridge pick-up (doh!) and strummed the strings as close to saddles as I could. I probably used the P01 Clean patch on the BR600.

I could have swore it was a 12 string "Ricky" too!

Well for most of my Beatles covers (and most of my own songs as well) I use the bridge pickup on my Ibanez bass and turn the tone-control all the way down. On this song I used the MicroBR and probably used the Bass Clean or Bass Crunch patch. the first has a slight compression, the second compression through a slightly overdriven amp-sim.
