Quote from: AndyR on May 27, 2010, 02:37:04 AMI keep looking at this pic Tim... I'm in two minds:

a) It does look quite cute
b) I don't really think it works for me (it's like when people first got word-processors and they started creating letters/documents with 5-10 different fonts on each page! :D)

I do like the look of it... but hmmm...

I know what you mean. I can tell it's a 'love it or hate it' kind of guitar. I like the strange vibe of it, but I also like the retro Danelectros and Eastwoods. It depends a lot on how it will play. I've tried a few Trev Wilkinson / Vintage brand guitars, and they can be a bit hit and miss. I actually went to buy a Vintage 'Lemon Drop' Peter Green tribute guitar, but backed out once I'd played it in the shop. It felt and sounded horrible in my hands, and went out of tune at the slightest string bend.

Geir, I've been looking at that guitar for days/weeks now. I'd have to see it in somebody's hands, it looks so awkward in that photo. The proportionality is crazy. It either looks like it has an enormous neck, or a outlandishly small body.

I read the article, it was a good read.

Although this is incredibly awesome looking, I think I;d have to go with something that looks a little more playable.  :P

Good news Michigan fans, its 2010! The current 6 game losing streak and losing 8 of 10 in the previous decade is just a distant memory now :)
