And now I balance the sorrow I feel for not bidding on it with the joy I get from not having any guilt about buying what would seem to my wife to be an "unnecessary" 4th guitar, and add plenty of beer to that equation and see what happens.

I've got to quit smoking. I could afford a new Danelectro in a couple of months with the money I'd save. Or a Vintage 'Lemon Drop' Peter Green-inspired Les Paul.

Huh I got one just like that! Except that it's red, has a black pick guard, is HSS setup, and is not a Fender. But other than that!!! ...

This looks interesting...

It's made by Eastwood Guitars, a Canadian company that I wasn't familiar with. I must remember to ask about them the next time I'm at the music store.

I like this one too...

And I'd like one these. An electric mandolin in the shape of a Telecaster...
