I'm in that period of waiting for my new Fender Aerodyne Jazz bass to arrive :D:D
It's a beautiful bass and great to play, here is a pic:

As some of you may already know, Eastwood Guitars makes some pretty cool retro guitars. But they also make some other electric stringed instruments that are pretty cool.

I've been wanting one of these electric ukuleles ever since I first learned of it:

Now they're introducing a new product - the Airline Mandola.

From their site:

Following on the success of our top selling Electric Mandocaster, we bring you the AIRLINE Mandola. It is to the mandolin what the viola is to the violin, tuned in fifths (C-G-D-A low-to-high), a fifth lower than a mandolin. Historically, the Mandola is the actually ancestor of the Mandolin, the name of which means simply "little mandola".

I didn't know that the mandolin was a descendant of the mandola. I'd never even heard of a mandola before.

And here's their Mandocaster which has been available for quite some time.

These would be my wishlist items:

Höfner HCT-CB bass and the Parker Fly!

I wonder if I would actually be satisfied at that point?

I doubt it, there is no such thing as enough guitars...
