how come an mp3 audiobook with 64-bit rate says that its an unsupported format on the micro br. i thought the micro br support 64-320 bit rate mp3 format. is it because of the length of the audio?

Length shouldn't be a problem and should not produce an "unsupported format" error.

What is the sampling frequency of your MP3? It must be 44.1kHz to work in the Micro BR.

Based on some testing I did with a few incompatible MP3 files, it's possible that the Micro BR has a problem with MP3s that lack CRC information. However, I didn't test this thoroughly enough to be certain. See this topic:

In any case, loading an incompatible MP3 into Audacity and exporting it as a 44.1kHz MP3 seems to work consistently. It adds the missing CRC info, though I can't be sure that's the reason the exported MP3 works in the Micro BR.
