Am working on slide guitar for parts throughout, the intro and break between 1 and 2 verse/chorus. Will also have saxophone parts throughout and a main solo between 2 and 3 verse/chorus. Drums will eventually be recorded. Please feel free to have some fun with this. Enjoy.  :)

This is a very good cover.
Your vox is great, and the guitar is right on.

I've always loved this Steppenwolf & Easy Rider classic. Such a whacked-out sixties groove. I have to tell you, I'm blown away by how good you've done this. The guitars and vocals are both bloody awesome. An absolutely fantastic job. I hope everyone listens to this - it deserves plenty of plays. And it sounds mighty fine as it is, even without further additions. I'm sure there will be some other fans of this song who fancy a noodle though.

If you want to ditch the metronome at the start, just replace it with the 'break' pattern. The rest of the drum programming sounds bloody good though.

BRILLIANT JOB!!!!

Thanks for the comments, guys! I'm hoping to find a good sound to do some slide parts, I'm not too happy with the effects of the BR900 for that. If anyone has and recommendations for a sound, please let me know. Cheers.  :)

This has a feel of authenticity to it, the raspiness of guitar and vocal gives this version of the song a realness which is hard to record. I don't know that much more needs to be added this sounds and feels pretty damn good to me...........Willie

Thanks Willie, I really like 'Nigels Song' - great music in that one!
