Killer good!  Stripped down is the way to go . . . when you have a voice as great as yours!

I remember seeing a beatles cover band "The Fab Four" (very good!) that did the song and the guy playing "John" said what amazed him about this song was how parsimonious it was in terms of how few different words it used.  He said "get a clicker counter, and click each time there is a new word, you'll be amazed at how few there are", yet the song is still very moving.  "Love" is the main word in the song.

What amazed me was the guy playing "Paul" in the cover band was right handed, but said he learned how to play the bass and guitar left handed so as to be more authentic!  Crazy!

Listening again.  Shivers of John's ghost.  I think there are about 20 different words in the song.  Anyone else verify that?
