This one has a few faults in. Firstly my tone was way too heavy but i was so into this pickup at the time (BKP Cold Sweat) which is modelled on John Sykes's Gibson Dirty Fingers from the early 80's. It's very bassy. That's Panned Right. The Guitar on the left is a Charvel Model 6 With a BKP Miracle Man. Its a miked up Koch Powertone II amp and 4x12 cab as opposed to my usual direct method into the soundcard.
When I was tracking the guitar parts my headphones, a pair 30 year old Bayer DT 100's basically fell off my ears cos the foam pads have perished and I couldn't hear the high hat on the backing track and went out of sync.  ::) Plus i stupidly tried to have both guitars on that part at 1:55 where the vocals on the original are low and then stopped guitar two on the left. Then I came in a beat too early BUT I thought oh sod it lets just finish it like that. I should have trimmed off the wav files or something but my old PC set up was so fragile and prone to crashing. I didn't really have a clue about DAWs then either, it was all done on a wing and a prayer.

Anyway enough waffle (too much coffee today) Feel free to add more Vocals Greeny or anyone else  :)

FuzzFace

I love it.
I love it.

I've always loved this song.

What did you use for drums?

Johnny Mac

It's a backing track with just drums and bass from lick library.

Johnny - love the Foo's (doesn't every one) - nice guitar sounds - well done. My favourite track of theirs is the Pretender - I drive the kids crazy with that one (actually, they like the Foo's, so not a problem).

NB I think I have you to blame for me being on this site (through Haylie on FB) :-)
