Now with vocals (I hope you don't mind Johnny Mac). My throat is sore now but nothing that a couple of beers and some Major League Allstar baseball won't fix.

Oh yeah. This is the business! I've always blown a bit hot and cold with how much I like The Clash, but I've always liked this song. One of their best, and this is a great cover. All the required energy is there on the guitars, and Sandy's vocals are spot-on. Love it!

Great collab Guys!

Sandy, thanks for doing the vocals, that's made my day!  ;D Great job fella. I never expected this kind of response at all. I've never done any online collaborations before. I hope the beers went down a treat.

Thank you for all your kind words.

This is my favourite Clash song. I bought it in 1978 on 7" Vinyl and I never tire of it.

For those young enough not to have heard it first time

What to say? Clash is one of my favourite bands of all times. I love all their albums, including Sandinista! And I learned a lot of History with their songs, so who says punk music is degenerative?

I haven't covered them yet, because the voice is completely out of my league. I someone wants to collab, I'm your bassist! I'm particularly tempted to do stay free or gates of the west.

Cheers,

Miguel
