Hi!
Not realy a question, its just to let you know that my has arrived two days ago.
So far and with the little time I had since then to actually poke on its prety little keys, I've menaged to record a couple of small "test" songs, which came out with outstanding quality (the sound, not the playing  ;D).
Done mostly following the steps in the tutorial videos made by our admin, cheers to him!

After that I felt the need to get my hands on the manual (which by the way is very handy and easy to follow), and surf a few pages right about section 4 ("using rhythim"), here I quickly learn who to make a small "arrangment" to do another "test" song.

Right now I feel there is a sea of wonders right in there, inside that shiny silver box which I can barely scratch at the moment.
Still I must confess I'm quite happy with the results had with the little knowledge I possess at the moment...

Cheers
Axt

A month in for me, and it just gets better and better...  :)

Sounds like you are well on your way - welcome to the club!

I got mine 4 months ago but didn't had the time to figure it out and used it as an expensive tuner. But yesterday i took the whole evening to learn the machine. It's impressive!!!

I'm working on a simple 12-bar blues, i already heard some impressive stuff from some of you guys. Don't expect too much from me, i'm just a beginner.

marcus_gloom

yeah!!!

I've been going trough the same thing, this gadget is really a wonder.

I have also recorded a song i made and i must agree that the sound quality is good. I still have a lot to learn though.

This site helps a lot. I wonder who started this?

Hope i'll have the guts to post my work soon.

See you all

Howdy all, I am new to this site.  I got mine awhile ago, used it for a bit as a jam tool just using the drum and guitar effects, no recording.  I put it away for a while.  I stumbled upon this very excellent site two days ago and pulled it out again.  WOW what a great little gadget.  This thing has become my new best friend.  So far I have laid down some nice acoustic guitar via the internal mike, Bounced the first four tracks, laid some electric lead over this.  This is my first attempt at recording anything and I am having a blast.  I am a beginner guitarist (playing for about two years) and this is an excellent tool for beginning guitarists (good to hear yourself and good to think through what you are going to play instead of just jamming all the time).  Thank you for putting this site together, I think that I will be around for a while.  I can't wait to get off work and play music now, everyday.  I thank you good people.

I totally echo that sentiment. This site has made a real difference to what I've got out of the BR. Not only technically, but musically: I've heard some real talent on the 'post your work' thread, and it's inspired me to want to play better and just try harder. Not to mention the great support you get when you pluck up the courage to post a song on there yourself.
