Great song writing! The guitar and piano are good choices for the instrumentation. I think the piano could be EQ'd  a bit brighter to stand apart from the guitar or roll off some of the low end. The two cover each other and the vocal in a few spots. I do like this melody!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

An excellent composition with some lovely chord changes and great vocal work. Overall a lovely feel to the song.

For me, it's a bit middly - I'm listening on studio monitors and the piano has a lot of middle and bottom which of covering up some of the subtlty of the rest of the piece. A bit of tweaking with the eq might help the vox to cut through more (I would like to hear them higher in the mix). But it's still a lovely song and a really enjoyable piece of work, I liked the piano playing a lot.

Cheers,

Nigel
