This was a fantastic song until DSS decided to cover.

I made it early in 2009. Actually it was my second song with the BR600, right after "Dreamlover".

I had just got my first electric guitar, a Danelectro 63, and I was ready to rock! I was confortable with the chords of the rythm guitar, but I was still puzzled with the "how to make a lead guitar" part, so I was basically messing around with some scales, pretending I was Slash. Then, while mastering, I had the good sense of lowering the volume of the lead guitar and raising the bass, in my opinion, the most interesting part of the song.

I recorded the bass with my old Ibanez SR800 - God have is soul - which I, modern Judas, sold months later when I got the fender.

I kept this song in the vault til now, because I wanted to rerecord the vocals. I won't since I sold my BR600 (modern Judas, remember?). So... Please forgive me the dyslexia at 2:20, and elsewhere... Some parts could be straight to the misheard lyrics section of this community.

If you like this, please check the original, it is far far better! Dogs D'Amour is (was) one of the most underrated bands I know.

Another one of yours I missed somewhere along the way.  I really like the way this sounds.  Its got a kind of soul thing going on.  Its dirty in all the right ways, and really grooves along.
