From "The InSanity series."  This the Third.  About attempting to control anger.

Thru a crimson lense

From the outside,
Things may seem fine,
In a crimson lens
I can control my mind.

I feel the fever,
Of nothing new,
But all emotion,
I can't show to you.

Is it normal,
To feel such pain,
Why is this maelstrom,
In my mind again

Is it normal, (Is it normal)
To feel such pain
Why is this maelstrom,
In my mind again.

In my mind again.

Life in a crimson lens

Sights through a crimson lens

Why's it through a crimson lens

Why's this maelstrom in my mind again
Why's this maelstrom in my mind again
Why's this maelstrom in my mind again.

Loved this piece, great drum/percussion sound plus the guitar stabs are spot on. Willie

The percussion was fantastic on this. I don't think I have anger management issues, I think everyone else has a problem with pissing me off. I did how the guitar works on this piece. great song.

"The InSanity series" is really shaping up to be a whopper.  You are on a roll, this is deadly stuff.  Your vocals are pretty low in the mix, is that intentional.  It really brings the drums to the forefront this way if it is intentional.  I like this one.  You have a very cool style.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Cheers all.  The style of guitar playing has a common thread thoughout each of the InSanity songs I've put up so far, particularly this one.  That is; sparce, but bright, and to get the sound I wanted I returned to using the pick instead of my fingers.

BB I wanted the vocals low and compressed, as if it was coming from an enclosed space.  The room it left for the drums and the sporadic guitar in the mix was an unexpected bonus.

Thanks.
