This is very interesting and expressive. I wanted to do one of those nice blue 'quotes' from your original description of how you made this recording, but as I couldn't work out how to do this, I don't think I stand a chance of understanding the technical details that you mentioned...I would love to be able to do things like this but where do you begin? Someone should offer a beginner's course in how to use a DAW and other technical/audio stuff, because some of us (unless it really is just me) just don't understand how you lot understand it all!!!
If the human brain was simple enough for us to understand, we'd be so simple, we couldn't...

Thanks all - Fingers are all nicely recovered now.  And it would be nice to have beginners primers for DAW'a - I certainly need one.  Must have cracking index though.  What I am finding out about recording is the more I learn the more I find I don't know?!?

This one ramps up very nicely - Sounds like a long lost tune from the Meddle album.

I like it.

Loved it!
I’m certainly going to be looking into that Riffworks Instant Drummer.  The beats on this  are superb.  Is the reverse effect from Reapers plug in effects?  However you did it it sounds great.
