Two dogfish: skinned, gutted and writhing around on the baking tray! Apparently, it may have something do do with lemon juice and aluminium acting like a primitive battery and exciting the nerves (or something). Anyway, it's bloody freaky...

I would be really hard pressed to eat that meal. That is so disturbing. I've cleaned at eaten a lot of fish in my day, but I have NEVER seen anything quite like that.

I have had some Cat fish do that to me before....


Got them fresh from Billingsgate Fish Market..


I thought they were dead..

Short trip home and when I was Cutting them the things started Moving.....

Heads Gulping.... Fins Rising...  All in bits.
