"Still haven't found what I'm looking for" U2 cover by "BCG"

Was at my cabin with my two very good friends Bjørn and Christian today. All of us had our guitars with us and we played a lot both last night and today. We decided to record a song or two today and started looking for a song we knew fairly well. We landed on "Still haven't found what I'm looking for". Played through it a couple of times just to make sure we remembered it and was in sync I then plugged in the cheap yoga stereo mic and we did a live take with all of us playing guitars and Christian singing. We all added vocals after that. Christian plugged in his my guitar and playd a little "edgy" rhythm guitar, I added bass and a simple lead and a simple drum-arrangement.

Was a lot of fun, and was great having good friend with me in the whole recording process.

This sounds wonderful Geir, wonderful.  You have done it, I like this way better than the original.  For a "live" cabin recording this is really good.  It sounds like you guys had a great time, I wish I could have joined you, I could have been strumming along in the corner.

It is Truly Magic, when friends can gather together and share their talents and
feelings as you guys have here! I listen to this and I can perfect picture the
scenario as you are enjoying the mellow atmosphere and nature and engage in
song. It is almost as if I am there sitting in the corner with my old Les Paul
copy strumming along with you guys.....
What a picture this all paints....
