What's not to hate about this song ??? ;D

First thought .... oh those drums at the intro sounds boringly familiar ... then ahhh here's that henny sound .. love that .... nice xylophone .. ... this flows along nicely .... that bass .. how does he do it .. so simple but yet every time he makes it sound so perfect ...  quality henny soundscape to the full as the song goes on ..  and on ... and on .. great harmonised guitarwork ... tight performance ... the xylophone vox and guitar playing the same theme ...  it this crap turned to gold by a brilliant performed/producer ? .... ... if I'm still humming it ..... I am  ... this is the "album-filler" that I may find myself preferring to the hit in a couple of years ...

     Oh people come on.....

     it's called a GLOCKENSPIEL. Metal.
                      Xylophone. WOOD.

In all seriousness though, thanks for all the kind comments.
Yes, the 'song' does have an almost throw away quality and album filler feel to it, and YES! Sandy and Sai, you are soooo right, I am lazy when it comes to words/lyrics. I guess I don't have that much to say.

Nothing wrong with brevity in my book. What was it The Bard once said about brevity?  :)

Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed it, glockenspiel and all (I'm waiting now for a kinderklavier...). ;)

  Meaning

There's no briefer way of expressing this thought than Shakespeare's; making further explanation redundant.

Origin

From Shakespeare's Hamlet, 1602:

    LORD POLONIUS
    This business is well ended.
My liege, and madam, to expostulate
What majesty should be, what duty is,
Why day is day, night night, and time is time,
Were nothing but to waste night, day and time.
Therefore, since brevity is the soul of wit,
And tediousness the limbs and outward flourishes,
I will be brief: your noble son is mad:
Mad call I it; for, to define true madness,
What is't but to be nothing else but mad?
    But let that go.

            Cuth, I love you....

The xylophone (from the Greek words ξύλον - xylon, "wood" + φωνή  - phone, "voice", meaning "wooden sound") is a musical instrument in the percussion family which probably originated independently in Africa and Asia. It consists of wooden bars of various lengths that are struck by plastic, wooden, or rubber mallets.
