WOW - now THAT's what I'm talkin bout!  Oh please, oh please, email me an mp3 of your raw lead track.  At some point I want to remix the song with live drums and such and having your killer lead will really make it kill!  ;D

Really nice work Gene - Thanks!

I will redo my leads and send you a clean track. The one you listened to is embedded in the tune and I don't have a separate track of it. Do you plan to use your original track for the remix, or should I wait for a newer version to match my track to?

It felt pretty good to be able to do this track. This is the first time I've played a guitar in nearly three weeks. Recovering from some nerve damage in my left hand. That put a serious crimp in my playing time. Quite painful. Much better now.

If you feel like redoing it to get a separate track, go for it.  Little fills in between the vocal parts wouldn't hurt either, up to you.

Either way, thanks much and at some point I'll dig out all the tracks and remix them.  Been waiting to move for more room to set up my drums but it will happen at some point.

Ken, here is the lead track for your song. I cleaned up the extraneous string noise so it is ready to use. You may want to play with the volume on this track, as I purposely recorded it at a moderate level.

BUMP - thought I'd repost this as I've added real drums now to it.  To save server space I just replaced the original in first post.

Comments on my drumming and tones welcome. ;D

(Speed - for some reason your raw lead didn't fit my tracks so couldn't use it without some serious editing.  Still enjoying your version above however!)
