QuoteTHEY'VE GONE UNDERGROUND
BUBBLING UNDER THE SURFACE
SEETHING AND ACHING
BUT THEY DARE NOT SHOW THEIR TRUE FACE
THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR MASKS
OF COMMON DECENCY
AND RESPECTABILITY
CAREFUL NOT TO LET IT EVER SLIP
WELL AT LEAST NOT IN PUBLIC
BUT BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
THEY CAN LET THE DOGS OUT
TO FEED

YOU CAN SOMETIMES HEAR THEM
MUTTERING BENEATH THEIR BREATH
BUT THE RAGE IN THEIR EYES
USUALLY GIVES THE GAME AWAY
THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR MASKS
OF COMMON DECENCY
AND RESPECTABILITY
BUT THROUGH THE CRACKS
YOU CAN SEE
THE IGNORANCE AND HATE
AND BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
THEY CAN LET THE DOGS OUT
TO FEED

THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR MASKS
OF COMMON DECENCY
AND RESPECTABILITY
CAREFUL NOT TO LET IT EVER SLIP
WELL AT LEAST NOT IN PUBLIC
BUT BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
THEY CAN LET THE DOGS OUT
TO FEED

2 hours and I get the honors? Glad to take them too! That bass line is pure studly. The lead guitar is money in the bank. Geir you are a legend to me. Excellent vocals, great composition.

I'll be back for multiple listens.

Juicy bass, your not kidding.  I could listen to that bass line all day.  I have a feeling that  the bass player is the real star of this song.  Dont get me wrong, Tims guitar is fantastic, Jims vocals are as solid and fantstic as ever, but damn guys, Mike, that bass is insane.  And it is nice and present.  Flipping heck guys, you seem to have reached a new high with this one,  is it possible.  Maybe I am just blinded by the bass.  Brilliant stuff.  And Geir, what the hell you doing on a Jemema's Kite song, you musical slut you, brill guitars there.

Great guitar tones!  I was really into the stereo rhythm guitar thing and then that lead came in!  What settings did you guys use?  It sounds terrific.  Ditto on the bass.  Your voice sounds really good on this one, Jim.

This is a winner, guys!
