So... I wrote this the other night, and I stayed up tonight to record it since I haven't had a whole lot of time lately.

My wife hates the song. I told her not to read into it as it does not reflect us. heh

**It was bothering me... So I remixed the song. Remixed version is currently attached.

IGNORANT
You knew it never died
But I knew you never tried
You always try to hide
Behind the constant lies

You called me useless
Called me a ignorant
But I'm the one who
Knows how much it meant

You know it's always there
The way you stop and stare
I try to never care
We are the ones who go nowhere

So call me useless
Call me ignorant
But I'm the one who
Knows how much it meant

I am useless
I am ignorant
I should have known
Just how much it meant

I gave it all I could
Done with saying that I would
it's not enough

Simple is as simple does
No use in missing what once was

'Cause we are useless
We are ignorant
We didn't know
Just how much it meant

So call me useless
Call me ignorant
Now I realize
Just how much it meant

Great song, Birthday boy!!!!!

The vocals sound a little bit low in the mix at the start, but they become clearer as the song goes on. I like the combination of the melodic vocal with the crunching guitar riffs. Very nicely done.

It's hard having partners interpreting every lyric as being about them or a reflection of your relationship. It cuts down lots of lyrical possibilities. I wrote a song called 'Vampire Sluts from Mars' once: it doesn't mean I've hung out with any, lol.

Love this song... fantastic jagged rolling guitar riff, wonderful chorus and well let me see now...

Those are the catchiest riffs, bro. Seriously tight! I'm addicted already.

And those vocal harmonies are freakin' sweet!

Killer tune!

Top class song Saijinn! Like Mark above, I liked also the riffs and real solid sounds. Thanks for adding lyrics - it is easier to understand them 'cause I'm not native :)

Happy birthday, too ( Hyvää syntymäpäivää, in Finnish)
