This is lovely, Jim, in both words and music.  I know some guitarist who use alternative tunings almost exclusively, and pros like Joni Mitchell and the late Dan Fogelberg have used them as well.

If I may suggest-bring down the high end EQ on your guitar just a bit.  It seems to be upstaging your voice.

By and large, jazz has always been like the kind of a man you wouldn't want your daughter to associate with.

OK to cover but please let me know first.  Thanks!

Thanks Everyone for the Kind words and Great suggestions.
Yes Boobs rule!!!!  Maybe the next vid will have plenty of them.
I agree that the vocals were a bit low but they seemed to be too high if I moved it up just one notch. I also think when I added the 12 string to the song some of the frequencies then seemed to0 high. oh well, I will get it right someday.

Gnasty can you remove the blue circles then this song would be perfect.

I never really knew what alternative tunings were.  Then read a few books and realised I'd been using them for years.  In fact the only alternative tuning I used for a time was the standard tuning.  I love the sounds of the guitars in this.  Neat song.  Maybe the vocals could be up a bit.  But I like it as it is
Guild Starfire 5, Fender Telecaster, Fender Stratocaster, K Yairi and Walden and a 12 Stagg string acoustic guitar and other music making boxes - including mandolin, bouzouki and 5 string banjo, uke and acoustic bass - a few M-Audio keyboards and a flute - all played and treated with equal love and attention - zoom ut 2 pedal and Logic Pro X
