Right on - Very cool tune. The gimme five part is a great melody.

The only thing I'd suggest is to add some more instrumentation just to make it a bit more interesting instrumentally.  The tune itself is great and works OK acoustically, but I can hear a bass and some drum work in there with maybe a background vocal chorus.  Just a suggestion (if you're looking for suggestions  ).
