Hi - been back to England for a few days and returned to a pile of work. Whilst I was away I lent my 1983 Tokai Strat to a friend to set it up. I had hardly played it for about 5 years and it was twisted out line. I picked it up this afternoon and was pleased as punch with the job he had done, so I decided to quickly try and get back into playing it. My fingers and hands need a bit of exercise as they are not as quick or clean as they used to be. So here is a song I put together in a couple of hours. There is a lot of rustiness there and I am still learning the techniques of recording so bear with me with this and sorry about the abrupt ending.

Wow man!! You have a great voice and good song for just putting it together like that.

Yeah its too bad about that ending. Would of liked it to go to the end. What happened? Anyways, you should be making more music for sure and hope to hear more. Maybe you should rerecord this and finish it.

Great job J.G

Thanks for all the great comments. I think I will have another go at this with the right ending. The axe is just right, I am really pleased with it. I did a version of the Tremeloes song "Silence is Golden" It was written for the Four Seasons and Frankie Valli. I have posted that in the covers section. Thanks again. I will have an evening of listening and commenting tomorrow as there is some great stuff on here at the moment and I need to concentrate on it all, 'cos it is so good. It's a great place to be.

Cool vocals and harmonizing!!  Nice and soothing & mellow!   I agree, smooth the ending out.... Great song in the making.
