Guitar, cajon, lead vocal and 4-part backing vocals..... each vocal part double-tracked.
So, that's 12 tracks plus the mixdown.  Doubling vocals and piling on harmony is a scheme for camoflaging and enhancing a rather mediocre voice.   :D
