And even better to hear that voice on Songcrafters again. You know how much of a fan I am :-)

Great update on the song. Digging those castanets, but the interplay between the classical / flamenco-tinged acoustic playing and the piano is gorgeous. You could sing the phone directory (if they still existed!) and it would sound good though. It's such 'real' music - totally authentic, classic songwriting.

Nelson! So cool to hear you singin' again! Life can sure be a busy place. I'm sorry to say I've often been AWOL many a time over the years. But we come back, a bit older and hopefully a bit wiser.
    Loved the tune. Your piano works sounds great and the recording is top shelf. A good song end to end. Hope you can stick around for awhile and share some more Nelson originals! Welcome back man.

OTD Bump from May 12th, 2010! This is a fantastic song Nelson...it's a hit or it should be! The piano, lyrics and vocals are top notch. I'm glad I found this one. Some excellent songwriting!
